1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Polaric's event organizing platform for the Abang None Jakarta Barat 2025 voting system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Voting Eligibility

To use our voting service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide a valid Indonesian phone number
  • Complete the payment process for each vote
  • Comply with all voting rules and regulations

3. Voting Rules

By participating in the voting process, you agree to:

  • Cast votes based on your genuine preference
  • Not engage in any fraudulent voting activities
  • Not use automated systems or bots to cast votes
  • Accept that each vote requires a payment of IDR 2,000
  • Understand that votes are final and cannot be changed or refunded

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Polaric's secure payment partner, Xendit:

  • Each vote costs IDR 2,000
  • Payment must be completed within the specified time limit
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Failed payments will result in vote cancellation
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harvest or collect information about other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Polaric platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Polaric or Abang None Jakarta Barat and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We specifically disclaim:

  • Any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polaric, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
